Final dividend

As announced on 27 March 2008 as part of the 2007 Preliminary Results, if approved by Shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting, the proposed final dividend of 4.33p per ordinary share will be paid to Shareholders on the Register as at 9 May 2008. As the Board now expects the annual general meeting to be held in mid June, the payment date will now be on Tuesday 1 July 2008.
