The Company announces that on 15 June 2010 Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund, on behalf of Mike Akers, Chief Executive, bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 39.5p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Akers has an interest in a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.21 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
