The Company announces that on 8 June 2010 Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund, on behalf of Mike Akers, Chief Executive, bought 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 35.5p per share and 80,000 Ordinary Shares at 34.0p per share. In addition, on 8 June 2010 Mike Akers bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares at 33.4p per share.

Following these purchases, Mr. Akers has an interest in a total of 900,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.08 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
