The Company announces that on 14 August 2009 Mike Akers, a Director of the Company, bought 33,000 Ordinary Shares at 29.0p per share.

Following this, Mr. Akers has an interest in a total of 700,000 ordinary shares representing 0.84 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
