The Company announces that on 29 May 2009 Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund bought the following shares at 29p per share on behalf of the following Directors of the Company:

65,000 Ordinary Shares on behalf of Gary Chesterton

15,000 Ordinary Shares on behalf of Mike Akers.

Following this, Mr Chesterton has an interest in a total of 65,000 ordinary shares representing 0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr. Akers has an interest in a total of 667,000 ordinary shares representing 0.8 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
