The Company announces that on 22 May 2009 Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund bought 42,000 Ordinary Shares at 25.5p per share on behalf of Mike Akers, a Director of the Company.

Following this, Mr. Akers has an interest in a total of 652,000 ordinary shares representing 0.79 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
