The Board of Titan Europe plc note that there are a number of commercial mortgage backed floating rate notes listed on the Irish Stock Exchange which have "Titan Europe" within their incorporated name, such as Titan Europe 2006-4 FS plc. The Board wishes to clarify that there is no connection between these entities and Titan Europe plc or any of its subsidiaries.
