The Company announces that on 9 December 2008 Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund bought 250,000 Ordinary Shares at 15p per share on behalf of JMA. Akers, a Director of the Company.

Following this, Mr. Akers has an interest in a total of 610,000 ordinary shares representing 0.73 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
