The Company was informed on the 3 December 2008, that Mefro Wheels GmbH has a notifiable interest of 20,538,853 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 24.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company was informed on the 4 December 2008, that Artemis Investment Management Limited (and certain of its subsidiaries companies) no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.

The Company was also informed on the 4th December 2008, that Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited no longer has a notifiable in the Company.

The Company was informed on the 4th December 2008, that AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd have a notifiable interest of 6,877,917 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 8.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
