The Company announces that on 2 December 2008 Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund bought 60,000 Ordinary Shares at 9p per share on behalf of V.M.Wicks, a Director of the Company.

Following this, Mr. Wicks has an interest in a total of 335,000 ordinary shares representing 0.40per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company
