The Company announces that on 2 December 2008 Cecilia La Manna, a Director of Titan Europe, purchased 188,000 Ordinary Shares at 8.33pence per share. Following this, Ms. La Manna has an interest in 288,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.35per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
