The Company announces that on 1 December 2008 Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 9.5p per share on behalf of JMA. Akers, a Director of the Company.

Following this, Mr. Akers has an interest in a total of 360,000 ordinary shares representing 0.43per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
