The Company announces that on 14 October 2008 Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 36p per share on behalf of Mr Vince Wicks, a director of the Company.

Following this share purchase, Mr. Wicks has an interest in a total of 200,000 ordinary shares representing 0.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
