Change in Board Structure

The Group has been progressively implementing strategic plans and responsibilities at Board level. The following reflects the start of this implementation.

Titan Europe Plc ("Titan" or the "Group") announces the appointment to the Board of Gary Chesterton as Group Finance Director.

Maria Cecilia La Manna as Executive Director on the PLC Board will then be able to focus fully on her existing role of Managing Director of the Undercarriage Division.

This clearer structure in responsibilities allows Ms La Manna to drive the strategic development and operational activities of the Group's undercarriage business. Ms La Manna will also retain the administrative responsibilities for the Group's Italian legal entities and the important Italian banking relationships. Mr Chesterton, who joined Titan in 2006, will focus on management of the Group's finance and treasury functions.
