Directors' Holding


The Company announces that on 10 October Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund bought Ordinary Shares on behalf of two Directors of the Company, as follows:

on behalf of V. M. Wicks, 30,000 Ordinary Shares at 25p per share; and

on behalf of M. Akers, 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 16.5p per share.

Following this, Mr. Wicks has an interest in a total of 150,000 ordinary shares representing 0.18 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr. Akers has an interest in a total of 210,000 ordinary shares representing 0.25 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
