The Company announces that on 9 October 2008 Cecilia La Manna, a Director of Titan Europe, purchased 80,000 Ordinary Shares at 21.5p per share. Following this, Ms. La Manna has an interest in 100,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.12 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
