The Company announces that on Wednesday 1 October, Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund on behalf of V. M. Wicks, Director of Titan, bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares at 48.5p per share. Following this, Mr. Wicks has an interest in a total of 120,000 ordinary shares representing 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
