Director's Holding

The Company announces that on Friday 12 September Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund on behalf of Mike Akers, Chief Executive of Titan, bought a further 50,000 Ordinary Shares at 65p per share. Following this, Mr Akers has an interest in a total of 160,000 ordinary shares representing 0.19 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company announces that on 15 September 2008 Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund purchased 28,000 Ordinary Shares at 59.5p per share of which Vincent Wicks, a Director of Titan Europe, has an interest in 10,000. Following this purchase Mr. Wicks now has an interest in 100,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.12 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
