Director's Holding

The Company announces that on Friday 12 September Steel Wheels Executive Pension Fund on behalf of Mike Akers, Chief Executive of Titan, bought 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 66p per share. Following this, Mr Akers has an interest in a total of 110,000 ordinary shares representing 0.13 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company announces that on 12 September 2008 Vincent Wicks, a Director of Titan Europe, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 66p per share. Following this, Mr Wicks has an interest in 90,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
