Offer Talks Terminated

On 12 April 2008, Titan Europe informed shareholders that it was in preliminary discussions with Titan International Inc. ("Titan International") regarding a potential offer for the Company which may or may not lead to an offer ("Potential Offer"). The independent directors of Titan Europe ("Independent Directors"), having noted the announcement made today by Titan International, confirm that discussions in this regard have now ceased and that therefore Titan Europe has ceased to be in an Offer Period for the purposes of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

Titan Europe's management team has always been focused on delivering value to shareholders. The Board remains satisfied with current prospects and the range of opportunities that exists across the business and therefore looks to the future with confidence.
