Titan Italia has 3 production plants in Crespellano (Bo), Finale Emilia (Mo) and Jesi (An) manufacturing a wide range of products including agricultural wheels, ramp brakes and idlers.
The Idlers and Brakes facility is located near Bologna and is the head office for the whole of Titan Italia and ITM, hosting under one management structure R&D for Titan ITM undercarriages and wheels. The Technical Centre also houses durability testing rigs for wheels which are sized to test not only to today’s requirements but also those of the future. In the facility rigs are also available to test undercarriage frames and components. The facility is unique in offering customers these facilities through one common structure and in one location.
The Wheels plant, based near Finale Emilia (Modena), produces on average 2800 agricultural rims and wheels per day. These range from 16" to 54" diameter.
The Jesi plant (subsidiary of the Wheels Division) specialises in tyre fitting. Two automatic fitting and inflation lines produce in excess of 500 sets of tubeless and tube type tyres per day. Titan Italia has developed and designed these production lines in-house, which has lead to optimised fitting and inflation times for large diameter tubeless tyres.
