Titan Steel Wheels is the market leader in the manufacture and supply of wheels for the off-highway vehicle industry.
Based in the Midlands, this UK facility produces 3 piece and 5 piece construction wheels (including the world famous IF series), industrial wheels and autocrane wheels for the world's most respected OEMs.
Over 600 wheels per day are exported to the Americas, the Pacific and Mainland Europe and no other wheel manufacturer can match the experience, capability, quality and design of Titan Steel Wheels in the midst of a rapidly changing business climate.
On site manufacturing facilities include advanced production machinery such as CAM, microprocessor controls, plasma cutting and robotic welding which are intrinsic to Titan’s production methods. Plant and machinery are continually updated and recent capital investment has included a 5000 ton press, additional CNC capacity, laser guided welding technology and computerized laser measurement.
All wheels are finished with e-coat and powder coat paint technology to ensure long life. This process ensures the best possible aesthetic presentation of the wheel combined with the highest levels of quality providing high resistance against atmospheric corrosion.
