Intertractor America is the base for Titan Europe’s Undercarriage Division in North America. The headquarters and manufacturing facility is located in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, while its branch in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, distributes to local manufacturers.
Intertractor America is responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture and assembly of full undercarriages and track frames from 1.5 to 500 tons. Engineering design and development activity is fully integrated in a global system aligned with the centre of excellence in Germany. Also Intertractor America distributes undercarriage components to the North American aftermarket. It has a total of 60 employees in the two locations.
The markets served by Intertractor America include construction, mining, utility, aggregate processing, material recycling, road building, underground construction, railroad, agricultural and forestry industries.
Intertractor America’s Elkhorn facility is the only track shoe manufacturer in North America, producing over 650,000 finished track shoes per year.
